No.  Although we do a lot of physical activity and it would certainly be to your advantage to be as fit as possible, the physical parts are alternated with breaks, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.  The camp is not only open to the action-oriented crowd, but to anyone who wants to learn more about the action film industry.

No.  Although the emphasis is on martial arts/action movies, we have had many people participate who had other backgrounds such as gymnastics, fitness, wrestling, etc.  Sometimes, non-martial artists pick up movie-style fighting more easily because they are not "set in their ways" about throwing a punch or a kick.

Loose, comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.  The weather can be unpredictable, so a light jacket would be a good idea, and a hooded jacket or cap comes in handy if it rains.  You do not need a martial arts uniform.

You may, however none of the instructional sessions may be recorded.
